🫱 Navigating Transitions with Clarity and Presence

There are moments in life when something old falls away and the next step has not yet appeared
In these in-between spaces I offer support – with presence, clarity and an open space for whatever wants to arise.

This kind of one-on-one support is a quiet, direct way of meeting you where you are.
Sometimes it complements a mindfulness-based group process – sometimes it stands on its own.

I work gently, attentively and with a sense of what is essential.
At times, unexpected insights emerge; at other times, a careful, slow approach is needed.
There is room for both.

My support is not about quick solutions.
It is about listening attentively:
to what moves beneath the surface – and to what wants to come alive within you.

I am not a “coach” who pushes you forward.
I am someone who helps you see more deeply – without overwhelming.
Someone who stays with you when things get uncomfortable.

Not because I have answers –
but because I hold space for them to emerge.


🌱 This Work Is Suitable for:

  • People who are in a period of transition – professionally, personally or internally
  • People who want to take the next step after a mindfulness-based group process
  • People who are seeking clarity without rushing into action
  • People who sense that there is more, but it is not yet tangible.

This work is not intended as a substitute for diagnosis, therapeutic manuals or classical psychological treatment. In these cases I will be happy to refer you to colleagues in the therapeutic field.

  • Mindfulness-based: grounded in present-moment, non-judgmental awareness
  • Trauma-informed: with respect for protective mechanisms, boundaries and pacing
  • Nervous-system-oriented: – embodied, regulating, spacious
  • Potential-focused: without pushing for solutions and with trust in inner development
  • Context-sensitive: rooted in biographical, social and cultural contexts

💫 Framework & Setting:

  • Individual support online or in Vienna 1160
  • 60 or 90 minutes
  • in German or English
  • Frequency as needed – single session, occasional sessions, or over a period of time
  • Sliding scale: €75–€150 per 60-minute session
