🤝 Institutional Partnership

The following is an overview of some of the organizations, academic institutions, and spiritual contexts with which I have collaborated over the years.

👥 Personal Partnership

My work thrives on interaction — even beyond organizations. I have had the privilege of accompanying many people over extended periods in courses, retreats, and individual counseling sessions. Here are a few figures and testimonials to give you a glimpse into my work:

  • Over 40 completed group courses
  • More than 30 workshops in various contexts
  • Around 1,500 hours of live teaching
  • Around 1,000 course participants (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and internationally)
  • Over 100 hours of individual counseling (mindfulness-based and trauma-informed)
  • Over 1,250 hours of sociotherapeutic work in the professional field

In addition to my own teaching, I have also worked for many years as an interpreter and translator in the field of mindfulness and Buddhism. I have had the privilege of working live with over 40 international teachers and have also translated numerous texts, articles, and materials from English into German.

These experiences have significantly shaped my own practice and my understanding of the depth and diversity of contemplative paths
