Themes

People come to me for a variety of reasons.
Sometimes it is a specific issue, but often it is just a feeling: that something is shifting, that the old ways are no longer sustainable, or that something deeper needs to be heard.

Over time, certain themes have emerged as the focus of my work:

🧭 Trauma-Sensitive Support

Sometimes old wounds resurface: feelings, reactions and patterns that are no longer appropriate today but have remained embedded in the body. I support you in gently recognising and understanding such experiences and their impact. This creates a space in which old patterns can slowly dissolve, at your own pace, in relationship, without pressure. No intervention, no repair – just a shared presence with what is still struggling to find its place.

🌿 Personalized Mindfulness

Some people need a practice that is not imposed from the outside, but that really fits their body, nervous system and everyday life. Sometimes this means adapting an existing practice to make it safer – sometimes it means creating something new. Together we explore what supports you and develop something unique for you.

🕊 Crisis Support

There are times in life when things fall apart. Loss, illness, separation or inner turmoil – moments when the familiar loses its hold. I accompany you through these crises with acceptance and an open space where nothing needs to be fixed. Together we find ways to feel grounded and safe in your body again – and where a sense of connection and trust can slowly return, even in the midst of uncertainty.

🩶 Self-Criticism & Shame

Many people have an inner voice that is harsh and unforgiving. I help you to confront this voice with strength and compassion – not to get rid of it, but to discover the space beyond your inner critic. Shame deserves a place here too – and sometimes things begin to shift as you begin to feel at home in your own skin again.

🍄 Integration of Psychedelic Experiences

Psychedelics can activate those areas that are also strengthened by mindfulness and self-compassion – in the body, in the heart and in the mind. Integration is not just about understanding what you have experienced – it is about anchoring it in your body and experience. Sometimes this also touches on deep questions about the self: What happens when your familiar sense of self dissolves and something else takes its place? I support you in this space with respect and without judgement, so that what is touched can gently weave itself into your life.

🧩Parts Work

We often encounter different voices, moods and attitudes within ourselves – sometimes loud and demanding, sometimes quiet in the background. With mindfulness and self-compassion we can learn to meet these inner parts without judgment or the need to change them. This creates space for understanding and connection – and for the realization that you are more than any one of these parts.

If any of this speaks to you, feel free to contact me for an initial conversation – to explore together whether this kind of support feels right for you.
